Description
The KVM8K100E-P is a professional 8K HDMI 2.1 KVM extender kit that extends high-bandwidth video, USB 2.0 keyboard and mouse control, and bi-directional RS-232 over a single Cat6/6A/7 cable. It is designed for applications where the source equipment must be installed remotely from the display and user controls.
Supports resolutions up to 8K@30Hz 4:4:4, 8K@60Hz 4:2:0, 4K@120Hz and 1080p@240Hz, with HDMI 2.1, HDCP 2.3 and 40Gbps bandwidth for reliable ultra-high-definition signal transmission.
The receiver includes four USB 2.0 ports for keyboard, mouse and other peripherals, making this unit ideal for KVM extension in server rooms, control rooms, industrial systems, AV racks and remote workstation environments.
A balanced analogue audio output on the receiver de-embeds PCM 2.0 audio for connection to an amplifier, mixer or local speaker system, while full lossless audio formats continue to pass through via HDMI.
One-way PoC allows both units to be powered from the single included power supply connected to the receiver, simplifying installation where power is not available at the transmitter location.
