Description
This HDMI Extender is suitable for distributing high definition content and IR control signals up to 230ft/70m via a single CAT5e/6 cable with no delay. Ideal for multiroom distribution of Sky HD, Virgin HD Freeview HD or Freesat HD channels without additional set top boxes. The included IR receiver and blaster cables allow you to control the TV source from in front of your remote display.
The HDMI loop output port on the transmitter can be cascaded to a second pair of extenders or used to connect a local TV near the TV source. Please note that while this extender supports a maximum resolution of 4K@30Hz which is useful for distributing signal from laptops or computers, 4K@30Hz is not sufficient for the distribution of 4K UHD broadcast content which requires 4K@60 as well as HDMI2.0 and HDCP 2.2.
