DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Free Delivery is available for orders of over £50. This offer is valid for delivery addresses in Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and the Scily Isles. Unfortunately we can not extend this offer to the Channel Islands. Free delivery is a 1 – 3 day service using Royal Mail, Fedex, UPS or Amazon Logistics.
Express Delivery services provided by DHL Express can be selected at checkout and the cost will be calculated based on your order, postcode and the service type selected. Pre 9am and Pre 12pm timed delivery services will be offered where available. The cut off time for next day delivery is 3:30pm.
Same Day Delivery can be arranged for delivery addresses on the UK Mainland. Please call us for a quote before placing your order
In Person Collection from London SW18 is available subject to advance arrangement and confirmation of availability of stock on site. Please call in advance of placing your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We use DHL Express to deliver your order internationally. Your shipping cost will be correctly calculated once you have selected your delivery country and postal code in your shopping basket or in the checkout.
Orders to the EU are typically delivered within 1 – 3 days. Rest of World orders are typically delivered in 3 – 6 days. You will receive tracking details for your order.
TAX ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders – and orders to Guernsey and Jersey – are invoiced and shipped exclusive of UK Value Added Tax (VAT). Customers are likely to be charged import taxes (where applicable) at the destination and may also be charged a small disbursement or administration fee by the logistics company.
International customers are advised to add their local tax identifier (eg VAT number, EORI number or personal tax number) to the “Tax Identifier” field at the checkout in order to minimise potential import costs and delays.
RETURN SHIPPING
The cost of returns for unwanted goods is paid by the customer or deducted from the customer refund amount. The cost of returns for faulty goods is paid by FOURKAY. See our returns policy HERE
PACKAGING
Wherever possible we use recycleable materials for packaging and minimise the amount of internal and external plastic. On occasion we may re-use cartons for exterior packaging. Please retain all packaging until you have installed and tested the equipment so that this can be used for returning goods in the event that this is required. Goods returned without the original packaging in good, re-stockable condition may be subject to a reduction from the refund amount.
